Kanopy Videos moving to Access by Request
In order to continue providing Kanopy streaming videos for teaching and learning purposes, Grasselli library will be moving to a librarian-mediated access model for most titles. This means that the Kanopy video catalog will continue to be available, but access to each film must be requested in advance. Beginning June 1, 2024, when browsing the Kanopy catalog, clicking on a film that has not already been leased will trigger a form for requesting access. Faculty who know of particular film titles they will need for teaching purposes are encouraged to email requests in advance directly to Mina Chercourt: mchercourt@jcu.edu.
