Companions in Mission Retreat – Now open to Faculty and Staff
Faculty and Staff are invited to our Fall Spiritual Development Retreat that Brother Matt Wooters and Jurell Sison will be leading October 11-12. Deadline to register is this Friday 10/4 at 5pm.
The “Companions in Mission” retreat is centered around the second week of Saint Ignatius’ Spiritual Exercises, titled “Accompanying Jesus in Mission.” You’ve encountered God’s love and mercy through your previous retreats, immersions, and your personal faith life. Now, we invite you to take the next step: to explore life with Jesus on mission.
First and foremost, on this retreat you’ll have the opportunity to REST and slow down… to reclaim what’s most important in your life.
Additionally, we will lead you through new prayer techniques, praying with scripture, talks, silent reflection, and group sharing. You’ll have the opportunity to deepen your spirituality, build community, and grow in faith alongside other students, faculty and staff.
Retreat Details:
• Dates: Friday, October 11 – Saturday, October 12
• Time: Starts Friday at 4 PM, returns Saturday by 5 PM
• Location: Inspiration Hills, Burton, Ohio
• Cost: $25 (Payment after registration)
