HRT Certification: Survivor Support
In honor of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, the Wellness Center will be hosting our first HRT program of the semester, Survivor Support, on October 10th from 5-6pm in the O’Dea Room. Below is a quick description of the program:
Disclosure of sexual assault from a peer or loved one can be a lot to handle. In this program, we will help you feel prepared to have these tough conversations by discussing the effects of trauma for sexual assault survivors and providing you with tips and resources.
This program fulfills one of two elective programs needed for HRT Certification. We hope to see you there! Email wellness@jcu.edu with any questions.
