Trick-or-Treat Event Hosted by Student Government & DEIB
The Office for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging and Student Government will host a Trick-or-Treat event for JCU students on Thursday, October 31, 2024. We hope that students can visit participating offices and departments to pick up treats, supplies, and other giveaways.
Student Government & DEIB will also give away the “Best Dressed Costume” to a faculty or staff member and the “Best Decorated Office” award to a deserving office/department.
For more information, or to confirm your office or department’s participation, please email John Paul “JP” Robinson at JRobinson@jcu.edu or Mike White at mwhite25@jcu.edu by Tuesday, October 22nd. Once confirmed, we will add your office/department to the marketing materials.
Please note: Each office/department will be responsible for supplying its own materials (e.g. candy, pens, gadgets, etc.). Also, no pressure to dress up or decorate your office, if you would like to just pass out candy, please do so.
