Energy Reduction Day – Wednesday, Sept. 3

Due to a forecast of high temperatures throughout both the East Coast and our area, PJM and FirstEnergy are expecting the demand for electricity to be high today. In order to be good citizens as well as help reduce the likelihood of brownouts, John Carroll has been asked to reduce our power usage from 2-7 p.m. today.

Career Ready Internships in Health and Biotechnology

The College of Arts and Sciences has been awarded a Career Ready Internship grant from Great Lakes Higher Education Guaranty Corporation, designed to make academic internships available and accessible to juniors and seniors. Our focus this year is in the healthcare industry; opportunities are available in healthcare technology innovations; health information technology; health communications; professional healthcare preparation; and autism, child psychology, and education. The deadline to apply for fall 2014 internships is Monday, Sept. 8.

Auditions For The JCU Schola Cantorum!
