This retreat is rooted in and introduces students to Ignatian spirituality, especially the First Principle & Foundation, found in the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius. When St. Ignatius arrived in Manresa, Spain, he experienced a time of great reflection on his life, his limitations, and his love for God.
