The JCU Honors Program welcomes national security and terrorism expert, Amos Guiora, to speak on “The Crime of Complicity: The Bystander from the Holocaust to Today” on Tuesday, October 2, at 7 p.m. in the Donahue Auditorium. Guiora is Professor of Law at the University of Utah and a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the Israel Defense Forces.
