JCU FIT Presents: Chakra Workshop

Join us on Wednesday, May 22nd at Noon in The Jardine Room for a fun and informative workshop on Chakras. Chakras are energy centers within the human body, running from the base of the spine to the top of the head. As humans, we have 7 main chakras that, when balanced and clear, they create a sustainable and harmonious flow of energy throughout the body. However, as with anything in life, these chakras become unbalanced and sometimes even blocked causing negative emotions and side effects to manifest. In this workshop, we’ll go over each of the 7 chakras and discuss signs of imbalance as well as ways to re-balance and clear them. You’ll walk away with an understanding of each of these energy centers and knowledge of ways to keep them balanced and cleared through food, mudras (hand gestures), essential oils, and so much more!
