In addition, a wide array of courses within our majors have significant writing components. Most faculty here are, in fact, writing teachers. But what do we know about the 1st writing classes (EN 120/121 or EN 125) that students take here at JCU? How can we learn to receive the baton from EN 125 instructors, helping our students progress further on their developmental journey as writers?
