Streaks to the Max + Keep Playing Cleveland

In support of DIII Week, our student-athletes invite all members of the JCU community to participate in Streaks to the Max – a fundraiser for pediatric cancer and/or Keep Playing Cleveland – a sports equipment round-up to serve youth programs in Cleveland.

Support our students and faculty at this year’s Poster Session, Monday, April 3, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Muldoon Atrium of the Dolan Center for Science and Technology. Learn about the exciting research on our campus and meet the people behind it! And don’t forget about Arts at Night in the Underground at 9 p.m.

Additional Days to Sign Up for Voluntary Benefits

One of the advantages of being part of the JCU family is that our staff members have access to some innovative group benefits that are not available on an individual basis. We are pleased to partner with Combined Worksite Solutions (CWS) to offer two new voluntary benefits. Because of additional demand, we have added more opportunities to meet one-on-one with a representative from CWS on Tuesday, April 4, and Thursday, April 6.

IM Gym Altered Hours due to Leadership Basketball Tournament

Due to a Leadership Basketball event, the IM Gym will be CLOSED Sunday, April 2, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Regular open recreation hours will resume on Sunday, April 2, at 1 p.m.

Do you or does someone you know have a cool band who would like to play at JCU? Apply now to play at CarrollFest 2017, an outdoor music festival featuring local/student bands, games, food trucks, and more! Applications are due April 1.

Today: Co-ed Volleyball Tournament to support ‘Girls on the Run’

Come and support Gamma Phi Beta’s philanthropy, Girls on the Run, at our co-ed volleyball tournament April 1. “Girls on the Run” inspires young girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum, which creatively integrates running.

Teams of 6-8 should be formed for the tournament and there is a $20 per team fee. Sign up in the D.J. Lombardo Student Center, Atrium, March 28-30, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Before you can apply for graduation:
• Check that your major, minor, and concentration are correct in Banner.
If you have a self-designed major or minor, drop off a signed copy of your contract to the Registrar’s Office (B102).
• You must have senior standing with 83 hours or more.
• Run a degree evaluation on BannerWeb to see which degree requirements you are missing.

Today: SUPB Cosmic Bowling

SUPB will be going off-campus to Solon Freeway Lanes for cosmic bowling from 9-11 p.m. on Saturday, April 1. We will leave campus at 8:15 p.m. and return by 11:45 p.m.
