Army ROTC Training Reminder

ROTC Cadets will be conducting training this week with mock weapons, marked with orange barrels. Cadets will be in a variety of military uniforms. These morning training exercises will occur between 6:30-9 a.m.

Description: The summer student hiring process begins in March. This session will
describe the new process including the forms that will be accessed and submitted
through the OnBase system and FLSA regulations with respect to student employment.

JCU FIT Wellness Portal Update

Thank you to everyone who participated in the JCU FIT Wellness Program Kickoff event last Thursday. It was well attended by more than 130 staff and faculty. All full-time and part-time faculty and staff have access to the JCU FIT Wellness Portal. The portal has been set up to guide employees through specific JCU FIT programming and incentives to help maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Apply for an On-Campus Internship at JCU Career Center

Career Assistant Interns are full-time sophomore, junior or senior undergraduate students at John Carroll University who will serve in an integral role in assisting in the implementation of new professional development programming of the Career Center. This is a paid, full school-year internship in which students will work 8-10 hours a week at the Career Center. Application deadline is 5 p.m., Friday, April 7.

Picture this! The Tim Russert Department of Communications and Theatre Arts invites you to capture your life in pictures. As part of the campus-wide Celebration of Scholarship, the Russert Department hosts the sixth annual Tim Russert Photography Contest that celebrates the legacy of Tim Russert and the life lessons he shares in his book “Big Russ and Me.” The deadline to submit is 5 p.m. on March 22.
