Learn about the proposed Title IX changes and how to make your voice heard.

The Department of Education posted new proposed Title IX regulations. There are several significant changes. On Wednesday, December 5, at 2 p.m. in AD49 VPAC will hold a meeting to discuss some of the changes that are being proposed. At the meeting we will also discuss tips on ways to write an effective comment.

Learn about proposed changes to federal Title IX regulations

The U.S. Department of Education has recently proposed a new set of regulations governing how institutions of higher education are expected to implement Title IX. This coming Monday, December 10, at 2 p.m., Title IX Coordinator Eric Butler will hold an informational session for all interested members of the JCU community about these proposed new regulations and their potential impact on our current Title IX processes.
