Today: 2013 East Asian Festival
The 2013 East Asian Festival will be held on Thursday, Oct. 31, from 3-6 p.m. in the Muldoon Atrium of the Dolan Center.
Highlights include:
- 3:30 p.m. – Chinese Poetry Recital by David Wong
- 4 p.m. – Violin concert featuring Cleveland Institute of Music graduate Aika Ito
- 4:45 p.m. – Kendo (Japanese Swordsmanship) demonstration
Festival activities include:

- Chinese Paper Cutting
- Japanese Tea Ceremony
- Chinese Tattoo Calligraphy
- Japanese Calligraphy
- Chinese Mask Painting
- Costume Parade
