H.O.P.E. stands for Helping Others Promote Exercise. This new club is setting out to promote health physically, mentally, and socially. H.O.P.E. preforms various service activities and hosts different group events such as yoga, zumba, a powerlifting demonstration, and boot camp workshops. Our first event is Bikram Yoga on Sunday, February 8 at 5:00 p.m. For more information about joining this organization and signing up for this event, please attend the mandatory meeting on Friday, January 30 at 5:00 p.m. in the Jardine Room.
