Open Dialogue: The N-Word

Open Dialogue: The N-Word

Whether in the context of Huck Finn or overheard at a party on Warrensville, this word raises a number of concerns when used on and off campus.

This open dialogue will explore the following questions:
1. When can you use the N-word?
2. What questions do you have about the N-word’s usage?
3. How do you confront the (mis)use?

Come prepared to dialogue and create some common ground. Open to all students.

Date: Thursday, March 26
Time: 6-8 p.m.
Location: Dolan 202/203

Sponsored by the Center for Student Diversity and Inclusion and the Intergroup Dialogue course (AR 195-51).
