Where’s the fat? Want to make smarter food choices? Are you aware of how much fat is in the food you eat? Join us in the cafeteria on Wednesday April 29, for a display on the fat content of many common foods and condiments. JCU’s dietitian Karin Palmer will be available from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. to answer any of your questions.
