Meet the Nutritionist in the Dining Hall Today

With the cold and flu season soon approaching us, what we eat may help boost our immune system. Join us from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. in the cafeteria where our nutritionist Karin Palmer will be available to discuss foods and beverages to make part of your diet. We will have homemade chicken noodle soup available. Soup and other foods may be your best defense against colds and flu.
