Today: Flamenco Guitarist Grisha Goryachev Presents Classes on Campus

World-renowned flamenco guitarist Grisha Goryachev presents two classes at John Carroll University in the Dolan Science Center Reading Room that are free and open to the public:

Thursday, November 19 at 7 p.m. –  Grisha will present a free master class. 4 pre-selected students will perform and be critiqued by Grisha. Audience members can learn about musicality, technique and performance skills.

Friday, November 20 at 7:30 p.m. – Grisha will present a free technique class. Audience members can bring their guitars and learn exercises to improve their guitar playing.

Grisha Groyachev is also performing a concert off campus November 21 at Plymouth Church UCC, 2860 Coventry Rd, Shaker Heights.The Cleveland Classical Guitar Society is offering discounted tickets to the JCU community as part of their residency for flamenco guitarist Grisha Goryachev.
