Reminder: Smoking is Prohibited Within 50 Feet of Any University Building

John Carroll University is dedicated to maintaining a safe and healthy work and academic environment, improving indoor and outdoor air quality and promoting the comfort of University students, faculty, staff, and guests.

If you are a smoker, please be respectful of others and remember that smoking is prohibited within 50 feet of any University building. Also, under Ohio law, smoking is prohibited inside buildings, as well as in any area immediately adjacent to entrances, or in any location where smoke can enter through windows, ventilation systems or other means.
