Meet the Nutritionist in the Dining Hall This Wednesday

Be ready before cold and flu season starts. Your immune system plays an essential role in health and wellness. Your immune system defends you against the viruses that cause colds and flu. One important step to prevent the flu is to get a flu shot. They will be offered through the Student Health Center starting Wednesday, October 5.

It takes more than a flu shot to stay healthy. Another key component is to eat healthy, exercise, get enough fluids, and more. Join us in the Dining Hall on Wednesday, October 5, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. where JCU’s Dietitian Karin Palmer will offer some tips on how stay healthy during cold and flu season.
