Staff Annual Performance Evaluations are due by Monday, October 31, for all exempt-level (salaried) employees. Please adhere to this deadline and help the University achieve a 100% completion rate within this extended target deadline date. All exempt employees were sent an email reminder with a link to begin their annual evaluation. The automated annual performance evaluation form may be accessed through Banner Self-Service.
Remember that effective August 15, 2016, all non-exempt (hourly) employees will receive a link to complete their annual evaluations 20 days prior to their anniversary date. Non-exempt employee performance evaluations are due two weeks after their anniversary date.
