Undergrads: Here Are Your Next Steps After Applying for Graduation

If you’ve applied for Fall 2016 (January 2017), Spring 2017 (May 2017), or Summer 2017 (August 2017) graduation on Banner Web, the Registrar’s Office asks that you complete these next steps in preparation for graduation, if you haven’t already:

  1. Run a degree evaluation on Banner Web to confirm that you are fulfilling all of your graduation requirements. This evaluation includes the classes you are taking this fall and classes that you are registered for in the spring.
  2. Petition Missing Requirements now (if necessary). The online Undergraduate Petition Form is accessible anytime on Banner Web.
  3. Complete the “Diploma & Commencement Ceremony Information form” ASAP (if you haven’t already). This form is required so that the Commencement Coordinator can order your diploma and cap and gown. You can find the form here:
