Today: Meet the Nutritionist in the Dining Hall

The holiday season is upon us! How will you keep your health goals in focus? Join us in the cafeteria on Wednesday, November 30, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. where JCU’s Dietitian Karin Palmer will offer some tips on how to put the season of feasting into perspective. “Right” size portions of holiday foods will be displayed as well as tips to make healthier alternatives.

Additionally “healthy” portion size cookies will be available during this time.
