Help for Undecided Students

Here’s an idea on how to assist the students you encounter that are unfocused, waffling on a major or career path, or overwhelmed with many choices-Suggest they enroll in a one credit hour Career Education class: CE 111 “Exploring Your Options” for those that are confused and unfocused, or take CE 101 “Intro to Careers” if they have ideas yet need reassurance of their path. These courses are designed to help them discover “Who am I, What am I passionate about, and Where am I needed in the world.” CE 111 is offered T/H 2-2:50 p.m. the first seven weeks, and CE 101 has two sections – T/H 5-5:50 p.m. the first seven weeks, or M/W noon-12:50 p.m. the last seven weeks of the semester. There is still time to register!
