“Narrating Italian Food & Wine with the Bishop Pilla Program Summer 2017”

Explore and study the food and wine specialities of Italy! Join the summer 2017 Bishop Pilla Program and travel to Italy May 17 to June 21. Earn six credit hours. IC299/IB309 (cross listed) can be taken as New Core credit (IC299, will apply for EGC), International Culture elective, or International Business elective (IB309), along with a language component. This program will focus on the globalization of Italian food and wine industry. There will be excursions to the Milan, Tuscany, Abruzzo, and Rome Regions. Included in the cost of $6,000 will be: airfare, tuition, excursions, museums and two meals per day.
