Do you need to be gluten free, or is it one of the latest fad diets? Yes, for some it is a medical necessity, while for others is may lead to nutritional deficiencies. Join us in the Dining Hall on Wednesday, February 8, from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. where JCU’s Dietitian Karin Palmer and the Dining Hall staff will be available to discuss what gluten is, where it’s found, who should be gluten free, and more! Marissa, one of our bakers, is going to have a gluten-free baked goods display
