Meet the Nutritionist at Lunch

We hear it all the time, “Stay Hydrated,” “Drink Fluids,” “Water is Your Only Choice.” Your body depends on fluid, and drinking enough fluids is essential for health and energy. Not drinking enough fluids leads to dehydration, which is extremely dangerous. Join us in Schott Dining Hall on Wednesday, April 5, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., when JCU’s Dietitian Karin Palmer and staff from the Athletic Department will display how much fluid is recommended daily; how much you need for various activities; what are the best choices of fluid and more. Samples of recommended beverages in the cafeteria will be available.
