Today: Meet the Nutritionist at lunch in the Dining Hall

During a typical holiday gathering eating a traditional Thanksgiving dinner and from drinks and snacks it’s been estimated that the average American may consume more than 4,500 calories that’s equivalent to an excess of ~1 ¼ pounds on the scale. Join us in the cafeteria on November 15th from 11:00 to 1:00 where JCU’s Nutritionist Karin Palmer and the dining hall staff will display the nutritional count foods typically served on a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Healthier portions of desserts will be offered along with tips to have a “healthier” Thanksgiving feast
