Today: JCU FIT presents: Mindful Awareness Exercises for Insomnia and Worry on 3/21

Daron Larson, a “mindfulness expert” will be conduct a seminar on campus in the Murphy Room on Wednesday March 21st at 12 PM. The seminar will explore strategies and exercises that have helped many people stop trying to think their way out of discomfort and confusion and get more rest.
