“Where’s the Fat”. Want to make healthier food choices? Are you aware of how much fat is in the food you eat? Join us in the cafeteria on Wednesday, March 21st, for a display on the fat content of many of our “favorite” foods. JCU’s dietitian Karin Palmer will be available from 11am-1pm to answer any of your questions.
