On Thursday, May 24 at noon, Information Technology Services will be moving BannerWeb behind the new campus single sign-on server. When this change is made, you will begin using your JCU Campus Network ID (also known as your Canvas or Desktop login) as opposed to your Banner ID and PIN when accessing BannerWeb.
As a reminder, your Campus Network ID is your email address, minus the ‘@jcu.edu’. If you are unsure of your password, please go to https://password.jcu.edu/ and follow the prompts to reset your credentials.
BannerWeb may be temporarily unavailable between noon and 12:30pm during the transition.
If you have any issues logging into BannerWeb following this change, first try restarting your web browser and logging in again. If you continue to have problems, or need further assistance with your campus network id and password, please contact the Service Desk at 216-397-3005 or through self-service at http://helpdesk.jcu.edu.
