The JCU Fit Wellness program will be hosting an 11-class Yoga series each Thursday at noon in the Fitness Room at the RecPlex. Classes begin Thursday, September 27, and will run through December 13. Note: No class on November 22.
Classes will be led by Melanie Moss, Yoga Alliance RYT200HR. In addition to being our Assistant Controller here at JCU, and co-chair of the JCU Fit Wellness Program, she has been teaching Yoga at Prana Yoga in Broadview Heights for the past 5 years. This is a 60 minute Vinyasa Flow class, suitable for all levels.
