Information Technology Services (ITS) is happy to announce that the Help Desk has moved. In order to better serve the campus and reflect the breadth of services provided by ITS, the IT Help Desk will now be known as the IT Service Desk. On Monday, April 15th, 2019, the Service Desk relocated to the ground floor of the Administration Building, room 37, across from Einstein Bagels. This will improve accessibility and service delivery in a central, visible, location for students, faculty, and staff of John Carroll.
While we coordinate this move, unpack, and get set up, our response time might be a bit slower on Monday (4/15) and Tuesday (4/16). The Service Desk phone number, 216-397-3005, will continue to be answered during this time. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are in need of any technical assistance.
