The JCU Fit Wellness program will be hosting a 4 class Outdoor Yoga series each Friday in July on the quad by the water fountain from Noon – 1pm. In the event of inclement weather, class will be held in the Fitness Room at the RecPlex. Classes are as follows: July 5 / July 12 / July 19 / July 26.
Classes will be led by Melanie Moss, Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200HR. In addition to being our Assistant Controller here at JCU, and co-chair of the JCU Fit Wellness Program, she has been teaching Yoga at Prana Yoga in Broadview Heights for the past 7 years. This is a 60 minute Vinyasa Flow class, suitable for all levels.
