JCUFIT Presents: Making a Vision Board
Join us on Wednesday, July 24th at Noon in The Jardine Room for a fun and informative workshop on vision boards! This workshop will include an overview on just what a vision board is, instructions on how to make and use one, as well as tips to continue to create abundance and joy in your life. A short presentation will include the answers to the following questions:
What is a vision board?
What is the purpose of a vision board?
How do I create a vision board?
How do I use a vision board?
After the presentation there will be time to create your own vision board! JCUFIT will supply the board, scissors, glue, magazines, and markers. However, if you have any items you would like to incorporate into your vision board, please bring them! (pictures, etc.)
