Information Technology Services (ITS) is excited each year to offer a variety of opportunities for the JCU community to learn more about resources and technologies, in a variety of formats, including specialized group training, open workshops, drop-in sessions, one-on-one consultations, and 24/7 access to Hoonuit (Self-learning portal).
Our intent with these training and resources is for the John Carroll community to explore new technology available at JCU, expand software skills, learn more about the University’s suite of technology tools, and get hands-on training for the most commonly used campus applications including Google Applications, Canvas, Microsoft Office, Banner and more.
This month ITS will host a variety of workshops and opportunities for you to grow in your understanding and use of these technologies to be efficient and productive.
