The week of October 14th is Exercise is Medicine week here at John Carroll University. Throughout the week there will be different events going on all over campus. Monday there will be fitness assessments being done in the Student Atrium from 12-2 pm. That evening a Barre 3 class will be taught in the new fitness studio from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Tuesday we will be hosting a Yoga on the Quad event from 11 am-12 pm on the Main Quad, there will be other health related businesses set up with tables to talk about their companies. Tuesday night there will be another fitness class hosted in the new fitness studio from 5-6 pm. Wednesday stop by the Student Atrium on your way to lunch to learn how to EAT WELL TO MOVE WELL. There will be tables set up with recipes on healthy snacks and some samples from Herbalife. Finally on Thursday Title Boxing will be hosting a fitness class in the new fitness studio from 11-12pm.
