Changes to University Toner Recycling

If the printer or copier in your office or department is serviced by ComDoc, please note that you will no longer need to take the used toner to the Mailroom/Copy Center. Instead, you will see that a new toner arriving is coming from HP. Inside the toner box is a mailing label, anytime you change toner, place the old toner in the HP box, seal and affix the label, and place it in outgoing campus mail. The Mailroom/Copy Center will continue to collect old toner through the end of 2019, after that, please make sure you are shipping old toner back through the HP box and label coming with each toner delivered by ComDoc to your office or department.
