JCU Recreation is excited to announce the Spring 2020 Group Fitness schedule, and classes begin on Monday, January 13! This semester, we have added two new classes to our regular weekly schedule including POUND Fitness (www.poundfit.com) and another yoga style. The schedule can be found on the JCU Recreation website (https://jcu.edu/student-life/health-wellness-and-safety/recreation) and is also listed below.
In addition to our regular weekly schedule, Tai Chi classes will be offered on Thursdays at 12:00 PM from January 16-February 13 as part of the JCU Fit program. While this class is primarily intended for faculty/staff, students are also welcome! More classes will be announced throughout the semester as well.
