Year End Tax Forms

W2’s will be mailed today for all employees (including student employees). You can expect to receive your W2 within the next few days. Electronic versions of these forms will not be available through Banner Dashboard.

Faculty/Staff: 1095-C’s will also be mailed today. For further explanation of form 1095-C, please refer to the IRS website: https://www.irs.gov/forms-pubs/about-form-1095-c

If you need a replacement W2 or 1095-C for this year or a prior year, please contact Payroll at 216-397-4440 or 216-397-1668.
