Today: Modified Group Fitness Schedule 1/31-2/1

On Friday, January 31 at 5:00 p.m. the Vinyasa Slow Burn Yoga will be changed to the Power Yoga class taught by Izabele. POUND Fitness on Saturday, February 1st at 11:00 a.m. is canceled and will return on Tuesday, February 4 at 8:00 a.m. If you have any questions or concerns please email recreation@jcu.edu.
