If you would like to use a meal swipe to attend the Benefits of Fusion Event on Saturday, February 15, 2020 from 6-10pm. Please fill out the form below. Tickets and collection of BannerIDs will also be done in person throughout this week during the lunch and dinner hours. The deadline to fill out this form will be Tuesday, February 11.
Event synopsis: JCU EMS, HAP, and the Honduras Medical Immersion present our 2nd Annual Benefits of Fusion in Dolan Center for Science and Technology. Dinner, networking, speakers, music, and silent auction! Proceeds benefit EMS scholarships and equipment, Honduras Medical Immersion supplies and medicines, and the American Heart Association on behalf of the Health Awareness Project.
