Planned Maintenance Outage: Banner Services and Data Center

On Saturday, February 29th between 8 am – 9 am, Information Technology Services (ITS) will perform maintenance on all Banner Services. During this maintenance window, Banner services may be unavailable.

On Sunday, March 1st between 10 am – 1 pm, ITS will be performing major upgrades in the Data Center by moving equipment as part of the ongoing cooling system upgrades. During this maintenance window, many key services will be unavailable, including Banner, Computer Science VM’s, all VDI platforms, Computer Labs, Spacefinder, and access to your “H” & “O” Drive.

Although we work hard at minimizing the impact on our students and employees, it is not always possible to complete this essential work without interruptions. We appreciate your patience as ITS strives to maintain and improve the quality of the JCU services it supports.
