Human Resources is excited to announce that there is now an electronic Employee Tuition Waiver Request form for those employees eligible for the waiver. We will no longer be accepting the paper forms for your tuition waiver requests. If you plan to request a waiver for a Summer or other future course, please use the new link on the Human Resources website at https://jcu.edu/hr/forms (under Benefit Forms). The link will take you to an OnBase form. Once you submit it, the form will automatically be routed to your supervisor for approval. Once your supervisor approves, the form will go to HR and will be applied in Banner. You will receive an email confirmation at that time.
