In an effort to keep our community healthy, John Carroll University is requiring all employees to complete a daily symptom assessment everyday PRIOR to arriving on campus. This can be done by downloading the free #CampusClear app from the Apple or Google app stores. The steps in the #CampusClear daily symptom assessment are as follows:

• Do I have a temperature of 100.4 degrees or higher?

• Do I have a fever, cough, or shortness of breath or difficulty breathing?

• Do I have at least two of these symptoms: fever, chills, new muscle pain, headache, sore throat or new loss of taste or smell?

If you have any of these symptoms, please alert your supervisor and do not travel to campus.
