Today: Help de-stigmatize mental health at JCU

Undergraduate students, Graduate students, Faculty, and Staff:

Please join us in sharing your story and being a part of the Work in Progress campaign this year!

The goal of this campaign is to shed light on the fact that we all face challenges from time to time, and that we are not alone. By sharing our stories, we help to erase the stigma surrounding challenges of mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health while creating a campus community of support and understanding.

Individuals who would like to participate will be asked to submit a photo and fill out a brief survey (name, major (if applicable), position on campus (staff and faculty), a challenge they are currently facing, and what they are doing to manage that challenge).

This information will be displayed on posters around campus, and this semester we will be highlighting the campaign online through social media and our webpage.

While we are always accepting forms for this year long campaign, we encourage people to submit a form by Monday, October 19th to be featured this semester.
