Join the JCUFIT Thankful Thoughts Challenge
November 2- November 22, 2020
What have you loved, learned, or felt grateful for today? During the challenge, simply jot down three good things daily and complete the weekly surveys. Benefits of expressing gratitude:
• Become happier, healthier, and more fulfilled
• Improve your well-being, reduce stress and develop resiliency skills
• Focus on the positive!
How to Participate:
1. Make sure you are registered on the wellness portal https://jcu.edu/hr/benefits-wellness/jcu-fit-wellness-program
2. Click the “Log Here” Thankful Thoughts banner to log how many days per week you wrote down your thankful thoughts and automatically earn 50 points.
3. Check out the portal to download a gratitude journal
