Need help coping with the Election? The Counseling Center is here to support you!

It’s understandable that you may feel anxious about the upcoming election. It is, however, important to remember to be kind to yourself, to follow enough information to stay informed, and to take a break from social media every once in a while.

Take some time to virtually (or safely and socially distance!) visit friends and family, watch a movie, read a book, or simply do whatever makes you happy. If you ever need someone to talk to, please contact our office number at 216-397-4283 or visit our website at jcu.edu/counseling center for coping resources.

The Counseling Center will also be hosting our Let’s Talk session next week:
Monday: 3PM-4PM
Tuesday: 11AM-12PM
Wednesday: 2PM-3PM

The Zoom passcode is 4283.
