Sound Bath: November 10th, 5:30- 6:30PM This is an in-person event!
The use of sound as a healing modality is said to improve blood pressure, boost the immune system, and is calming to the nervous system. Sound baths are meant to provide both mental and physical rest. Rather than repeating a mantra, you will lie back and allow various sounds help you to relax.
COVID Safety Measures for this event:
Must pre-register No walk-ins!
Must have Carroll Card for ID
Must show proof of the #CampusClear app with a “good-to-go” message for that day
This event will be held in the IM gym, max capacity of 40. Individual squares are 10’ x 10’ and will be marked off to ensure physical distancing
You may sit or lie down for the event: bring yoga mat and/or blanket
Temps will be taken prior to entry
Masks are needed for entry and must remain on during this event.
