Take the Native Voices Challenge this November!
November is Native American Heritage Month, and the DEI Division is encouraging our students, faculty and staff to consider how they are considering Native perspectives in their reading, entertainment, research, teaching and learning.
What is the last book you read by a Native author? How many Native writers, leaders, politicians, or artists can you name? If your list is short, we encourage you to join the Native Voices Challenge for the remainder of Native American Heritage Month!
The challenge consists of a commitment to taking at least three actions during the month of November. We will follow up periodically throughout the month to hear what you are learning!
